An order is considered confirmed only after:

• SIDR sends an official confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
• The required deposit (if applicable) is paid, or full payment is completed.

SIDR reserves the right to accept or refuse any order without explanation. A full refund is issued if an order is refused.

• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• SIDR reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed orders retain their quoted price.
• A deposit of no less than 50% of the order value is required before manufacturing begins; this may be higher depending on the product type.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery — Instapay — Digital Wallet.

All SIDR products are custom-made to order. Manufacturing begins only after order confirmation and deposit payment.

• The stated delivery timeframe is an estimate and not legally binding, as it may be affected by material availability or exceptional circumstances.
• The customer must provide written confirmation of dimensions, colors, and specifications before manufacturing begins — no changes are accepted after production starts.
• Changes requested after manufacturing begins may incur additional costs or delivery rescheduling.

• Shipping costs are based on delivery location and order size, communicated to the customer before final confirmation.
• Delivery is to the front door or ground floor unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the furniture can reach its intended location (dimensions, floors, elevators).
• If the customer or their representative is absent at the scheduled delivery time, SIDR reserves the right to reschedule with additional delivery costs applied.
• Ownership and risk of damage transfer to the customer upon signing the delivery receipt.

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

• Customer change of mind after manufacturing.
• Minor color variation due to screen display differences.
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence after delivery.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• A clear manufacturing defect not present at the time of delivery.
• The delivered product differs substantially from the agreed written specifications.
• Product damaged during shipping (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).

SIDR provides a warranty on manufacturing defects for one full year from the delivery date.

• Covered: structural and frame defects, joint failures, original fabric defects.
• Not covered: normal wear and tear, daily-use scratches, damage from prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, or chemicals.
• Warranty is automatically voided if the customer modifies or repairs the product without SIDR's approval.

SIDR is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law.

• Data collected (name, phone, email, address) is used exclusively for order processing and communication.
• Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
• We may use your data to send updates and offers from SIDR — you can opt out at any time.

All designs, images, and content published on the SIDR website are the company's exclusive property, protected by Egyptian and international intellectual property laws.

• Copying or using any design or content without prior written permission from SIDR is strictly prohibited.
• Custom product designs executed for a customer do not grant ownership of design rights — intellectual property remains with SIDR unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SIDR reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on the website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Egyptian law.
• In case of any dispute, resolution will first be attempted through friendly negotiation. If unsuccessful, the matter will be referred to the competent courts in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
